Comments:The phrase 'exclusion of witnesses', in English, can refer to both the sequestration or separation of witnesses, wherein witnesses may not be present to hear other witness' testimony, as well as (generally in criminal court) to a witness being barred from testifying for whatever reason (prejudicial, etc). The latter meaning is expressed in Spanish as 'exclusión', the former as 'incomunicación'. See also 'separation', 'sequestration' of witnesses.
