Comments:This Spanish term does get used in English, specifically to refer to 'persons who are Notaries Public who misrepresent their qualifications to Spanish-speaking persons in the United States and fraudulently represent them or present forms in Immigration proceedings'. If absolutely necessary (for example, "Your Honor, it seems clear that this person was presenting himself as a notario"), you may need to add something: notario falso, fraudulento, or something of the type. After all, the misrepresentation is possible due to the fact that, in Spanish-speaking jursidictions, a notario frequently is someone who is either an attorney, or a civil servant, or both.
